Soft malt and caramelaroma. Malty sweet flavor with talcum powder, cake dough, coffee, caramel and some milk chocolate. Malt and chichory aftertaste. A big thanks to Dortmunder for this nice bottle.

11.2 oz odd-shaped green bottle. Organic beer. Pours into my dimpled mug a nice cloudy w/apple juice with a quickly dissipating white head that leaves spots of lacing. This one smells uttelry Americanized. It has htick hops, a wallop of caramel and a sort of toned-down black ipa scent overall, truly bizzare for the style. There is also a lot of cocoa. The taste is good, not too sweet, flavor on par with the style with a good hop kick. It isn’t bitter hops rather a mouthful of hop flavor. A good easy drinker for a hot summer day. Bottle. Light brown sugar malt aroma. Clear red-brown color with large tan head and nice lacing. Sweet brown sugar malt flavor - acidic and lightly bitter hops finish. Pretty good stuff.

Bottle… Clear, beautiful copper lager with a small, creamy, off-white head. Good retention. The nose reveals toasted grains, peppery hops, light caramel and a whisper of earthy tree bark. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. The flavor doesn’t suggest much more than moderately sweet toasted malts. Finishes earthy, lightly sweet, and then dry.
