COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours gold with a white, foamy head that eventually fades completely. Aroma is straw, mint, cereal. Taste is overall malty sweet, with light herbal bitterness at the finish. Hints of green tea and mint. Body is light with a carbonation average for the style. Decent but dull.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a big stable head. Aroma is macro malty and corny, with shy hops. Body is light, metallic, and almost no carbonation left. Lightly sweet and bitter, almost no good flavours. Sweetish palate. Meh.

10.03.17 Hamburg, 33 cl bottle. bb 08.04.17. A good white foam layer on a clear yellow beer. A very malty smeel with somewhat biscuit and light fruity. Taste is a little sweet with mainly a maltyness, which give the beer not a fresh feeling. In the aftertast there is a good bitterness, but this will not win from the malty. Unfortunally this will be only 1 try.

0,33 l Flasche. Aroma: leicht malzig, dezent hopfig. Erscheinung: Goldgelbes Bier, flacher, weißer Schaum, gute Gardine.

Bad and boring beer with some off flavours thanks to specialty grain. Nothing interesting incaseof taste and aroma.

Bottle on the train during the Bamberg Jolly of 2014. Pours perfectly clear, pale yellow with a white foam head. The nose has a bit of cabbage. Lightly sweet, with some flowery hops, grassy bitterness, pale cereal. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean on the finish, fairly crisp, with pleasant hop character and restrained sweetness. Not bad.

My honest opinion? It tastes like an alcohol free beer. Which in itself doesn’t have to be bad. Hay herbal notes. Discreet slightly bitter finish
