Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours a bit hazy with some micro sediment floatingin the body surface, body colour is bright golden, carbonarion visually is gentle, head is initially small, frothy, slowly decreases to minimal, slightly off - white, rather no lacing.
Aroma: Graphite, some gentle accidity, mineral nose, chalkyness, maltyness is hidden somewhere at the background and mainly dominated by herbal hoppyness, a bit hars but not as aromatic as in ’Hacker - Pschorr Pilsener’. A bit milky with some interesting nutty - woody hints, earthy, soily hops.
Flavour: Earthy hoppy nose, soil comes at front, than comes nicely pronounced bitterness on palate with still existant aromatic nose and decent grainy aftertaste, very well balanced between all the ingredients. A traditional, pure Classic German Pilsener being brewer according to the unchanged, old, traditional receipe. Some notes of cardboard and paper, dustyness and soilyness, saltyness dur to hops and carbon dioxide, barley grains. Sharp bitterness strenghting itself coming towards finish. Finish duration is very long, citruses, lemon, grapefruit.
Palate: Body is light, texture is very dry with sharp hoppy bitterness, finish feel is chalky, grainy, dusty, dry.
Crisp and hoppy pils, grassy and clean. Pours light gold with a fizzy white head. Pretty decent pils, some apple/pear flavor towards the end and a light skunkiness that I didn’t care for, but very crisp and refreshing. KnutAlbert (6754) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 25, 2008

500 ml bottle. A bit hazy orange, golden body with a small disappearing white head. Aroma is very fruity, like citrus, with malt and some hops. Flavor is refreshing fruity, a soft maltyness, hints of yeast and a balanced bitterness. Long, nice finish with hints of orange. A well made pilsner. yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 26, 2008
Bottle. Pours an almost clear, a bit pale golden body with a small, lasting head. Fruity, citrusy aroma with some malty notes in the background. The flavor has a malty flavor initially, but the fruity, citrusy flavors soon take control, and there’s also a nice bitterness. Medium body. The finish is fruity and bitter, some piney notes and a little griany note. Refreshing and quaffable pilsner. (080426) bager (2120) - Copenhagen N, DENMARK - APR 5, 2008
