The flavour is fresh and hoppy with a good fruitiness and maltiness, bit of pine and some sweetness. Fruity hoppy well lasting finish. UPDATED: JUL 12, 2006 Bottle: Pale golden coloured, mid -sized fluffy white head, slowly vanishing, visible carbonation; malty nose, traces of honey combined with a distinctive floral hoppiness; mild sweetish beginning; moderate bitter flavour; long "oily" and very spicy, aromatic hoppy finish, the promised aromatic are really detectable ! Very good, aromatic Pils, completely underrated....It should be better called "Bohemian Pilsener"......... KimJohansen (10492) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - MAR 17, 2008
Clear golden medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with malty and caramel notes. Grassy flavor with bready and fruity notes. Ends slightly bitter. Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - AUG 5, 2007
Light straw and the aroma is slightly malty with notes of fruit. The flavour is very fruity, considering this is a pilsner, but that is only a plus in my book. It also has light notes of malt and a very light bitterness. Charming 8/29 MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - OCT 10, 2005
(bottle) Pale golden body with a foamy white medium head with nice lace. Floral hoppy nose with a tinge of malts and honey. Initial soft sweet maltiness with slight fruity (pear) undertones and a gentle floral hoppy finish, lightly bitter and dry.

Slightly hazy straw colour under a creamy medium head. Dusty pilsner grain aroma with a touch of grassy hop. Medium flavor bringing cereal grain and a touch of toast, with a dull earthy grassy hop bite on the end. Nothing wrong here, but nothing special. Bottle. High fluffy but lasting hwite head. Hazy yellow body. Surprise: Barley malt aroma with a spicy touch. Flavor also pretty spicy and in addition hoppy Fair amount of carbonation. Long and bitter aftertaste. To make it short: Good. 3fourths (9341) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 10, 2013
Bottle. Lightly hazed straw colored body with a patchy white head. Thankfully this is fresh enough that there’s no trace of ultraviolet light spoilage in the green bottle. The aroma is mild overall with some powdered yeast and calcium on top of quiet noble hops and saltine cracker pilsner malt, with only a smidgen of cooked corn kernel. Light body, lightly sweet, simple and quiet overall but lacks flaws. Somewhat oily green hop coating in the finish, but one swig it seems like hop oils and the next it seems like saccharine. Medium carbonation doesn’t bring to life the hop aroma and flavor very well. Still it’s serviceable as a German pilsner, which is more than you can say about most on the market in Colorado right now. blipp (9268) - La Mesa, California, USA - OCT 22, 2012
Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Husky and grainy malts, with a light sweetness and low bitterness. Decent. drowland (8676) - Georgia, USA - MAR 19, 2013
11/10/10. 12oz bottle labeled "Lammsbrau Organic Pilsner." Sweet citrusy and big skunky aroma. Sweet grainy pilsner malt flavor with tons of grass and hay... meh.
