middle aged hippy aroma. quite full grainy bitterness but a little too sweet armando629 (2456) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 4, 2009
Classic and correct german pils, nothing more. Clear palate and aroma, nice appearance. Fine grainy malt and herbal hop in the aroma, sourish-citrus yeast with some sweet start of malt, moderated and balanced dry hop-bitterness in the finish. Exciting because of bio, and not a boring one. DeanF (2514) - Alberta, CANADA - OCT 21, 2010
500ml bottle found somewhere in Paris. Pours a perfect bright yellow, excellent head, but could be just a little more solid for a perfect score. Aroma of hops, not overpowering, but enough. Taste is a smooth pilsner, plenty of hops but again not too excessive, smooth finish. Watery aftertaste, no bitterness. Very drinkable, well engineered. pdx76 (651) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUN 30, 2013
On draught at na organic brew fest - pours highly carbonated clear golden. Nose of bread and sweet grass. Taste of biscuit, lime, and slight bitter finish.

Flasche 50cl. Hell goldenes Pils mit blumig-grasiger Hopfennote. Typische Bittere. Ausgewogen. Kein Hopfenmonster, dezent kitzelt es die verwöhnten Geschmacksknospen. Gut gelungen.

bread, hay, cereal, citrus, golden, clear, frothy, white foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, oily feel, slick feel, average carbonation, 3fourths (9357) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 10, 2013
Bottle. Lightly hazed straw colored body with a patchy white head. Thankfully this is fresh enough that there’s no trace of ultraviolet light spoilage in the green bottle. The aroma is mild overall with some powdered yeast and calcium on top of quiet noble hops and saltine cracker pilsner malt, with only a smidgen of cooked corn kernel. Light body, lightly sweet, simple and quiet overall but lacks flaws. Somewhat oily green hop coating in the finish, but one swig it seems like hop oils and the next it seems like saccharine. Medium carbonation doesn’t bring to life the hop aroma and flavor very well. Still it’s serviceable as a German pilsner, which is more than you can say about most on the market in Colorado right now. Bottle at Bavaria NYC on stone street which just opened. Pours a light tan color with a head that lasts . Taste is crisp and smooth. Good one

Nothing special here but nothing wrong either. Has a a straw yellow pour w/ a good white head that leaves a little lacing. The aroma is straight skunk but in a decent way. The taste is actually clean & crisp & not all that bad for a pilsner. Easy drinking & rather nice on this summer evening! chinchill (5224) - South Carolina, USA - AUG 15, 2015
11.2 oz bottle served in wide mouth glass (from notes)
A- Golden yellow; slightly darker than many pilsners. Ample white head with good retention.
S- Strong aroma for style. A lot of pilsner malt with grassy and earthy notes, and some hop presence.
T- An amplified pilsner with somewhat stronger flavor than average. Clean finish.
M- The mouthfeel is light with a good amount of carbonation.
D- The drinkability is good for a pilsner, but I definitely prefer a good Czech pils.
