Paid $3.99 for a 500ml bottle 5.1% @ Nikki’s Liquors, Providence, R.I. Lager glass shows a golden /orange color with thin soapy head that laces. Nose is sweet grain and caramel malt. Toasted cereal and grain flavors with a creamy texture. Nice balance between bitter and sweet. Really easy to drink. Nothing complex yet I wonder why the ratings aren’t a bit higher. Sometimes it’s hard to find fresh imports, maybe that’s the reason. I enjoyed this brew. Obier (47) - Baden-Württemberg, GERMANY - DEC 6, 2013

Bottle 0,5 l , new label design. Pours in to a copper, dark orange reddish slightly unclear body with white dense lacing head. Aromas include caramel sweet malts, hay, fruity notes , oranges and berries. Palate is medium thin, crispy, with medium fizzy carbonation and lively mouthfeel. Taste is sweet malts, licorice caramel, with medium weak bitterness and some dryness on the tongue. Finish is thin watery, dry with sweet taste. Overall pretty good Märzen beer. Quite simple in texture but with decent amount of flavors. dirtyrat (44) - Bowling Green, Ohio, USA - NOV 20, 2014
Bottle from bio markt. Pours clear, amber with minimal head. Malty last with light sweetness. Nutty aftertaste that is too short. Overall a good beer.
