edpeg (906) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAR 6, 2013
Bottle 0,5 l , new label design. Pours in to a copper, dark orange reddish slightly unclear body with white dense lacing head. Aromas include caramel sweet malts, hay, fruity notes , oranges and berries. Palate is medium thin, crispy, with medium fizzy carbonation and lively mouthfeel. Taste is sweet malts, licorice caramel, with medium weak bitterness and some dryness on the tongue. Finish is thin watery, dry with sweet taste. Overall pretty good Märzen beer. Quite simple in texture but with decent amount of flavors.

Bottle from bio markt. Pours clear, amber with minimal head. Malty last with light sweetness. Nutty aftertaste that is too short. Overall a good beer.

lupuLust (333) - Franke(n) im Breisgau, GERMANY - OCT 20, 2016
19.10.2016 - Malty mashhouse, slightly roast bitter sweet nose like Kinderbier (malt beer). Caramel, mash and a bit more hop than a malt beer. But there is no hop bitterness. Something for cold winter days.

0,5 l bottle, as a gift from a bio.shop.
Interesting reddish-brown colored beer with a medium off white lacing head. Moderated toasty caramel and fruty figs and honey in the nose. Medium body with a fruity character with honey and fig, some raisins, minimal citruses. A mild caramel taste and some hop in the finish. Fine but not the biggest deal.

Bottle: deep golden to light amber coloured, a bit unclear, mid-sized loose off-white head; grainy-toasty nose with a light barnyardy background, supported by a certain fruitiness; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; sweetish-toasty finish with a light hoppy-fruity aftertaste. Not bad....
