21.02.2009, 0,33l Bottle Organic pilsner. Aroma is honey and straw. The colour is pale yellow and a little cloudy. The pils is some kind of sour with a note of sweetness. I dont like the honeytones.

330 ml. Pale gold with a lasting ring of bubbles. Aroma of honey and grain. Flavor is cereal grain, light citrus and honey, with a dry grassy finish. Light medium body is tingly and crisp.

spikester (606) - Salem, Oregon, USA - DEC 8, 2008
Cloudy pale gold with a rapidly receeding 2 inch white head. Some lacings, mostly at the top. Aroma is well skunked. Taste is grass, lemon, noble hops, some minerals. The minerals leave a bit of iron on the back of the tongue. Overall a very tasty organic Pils. Quite sessionable too.

Bottle. Pours deep gold with fluffy 3-finger white head. Nose is honey, pale malt, hopcitrus, and some thiols. Tastes better than it smells, with honey, pale malt, mild hopcitrus, some corny caro syrupy notes.

This is a very nice pilsner. It is gold with a big white head slowly shrinking to a wispy top and hint of lace. The aroma isvery nive, with honey, flowery grain, bread crust, herbs and a hint of citrus. The taste is a bit light and not overly hoppy but nice, flavourful, and well-rounded with hay, herbs, bread, flowers. Overall, it tends to remind me more of a Czech-style rather than a German pilsner due to the greater range of body and flavours and the weaker hop character.

Bottle: Slightly hazy light golden pour with a fluffy white head. The aroma has some biscuity pilsner malt, light dough and peppery/straw hop notes. Mild carbonation in the light body. Flavor is simple with a dried biscuity pilsner malt base. A bit seedy with light sweet bread and a grassy hop character in the finish. Simple, but decent.

Angeloregon (2055) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 13, 2008
From a bottle purchased at Belmont Station--Poured a mostly clear straw golden body with a mild creamy white head. Sweet, Hallertau hops biting, crisp refreshing pils body. Like other reviewer said: "pronounced hoppiness" is a valid description. Mild skunkiness and creamy, flavorful finish.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy, very much foam. Aroma is sweet and hoppy. Starts spicy and modest malty, the finish is like wheat. Very drinkable and good beer!

Bottle green, 330 ml
Appearance: Pours citrusy yellow, very light, typical for edel pils style, carbonation is vivid and intensive, body texture is slightly hazy, head is snowy white, frothy, rather small but firm, long lasting, there is a very good lacing.
Aroma: Well pronounced hoppyness, slight positive good Pilsener like skunkyness, strong and fresh citrusy notes, pronounced mild grainy touch without unbalanced sweetness, very fresh, interesting and inviting aroma. Some mild creamy - milky notes and cardboard.
Flavour: Mild, slightly bitter, mineral, tastes like a Classic German Pilsener with the lower percentage of extract of wort, so watered down by a good quality refreshing mineral water, soft, clean, easy going, slightly malty - grainy touch. Finish duration is medium.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is medium, finish feel is clean with slightly chalky - grainy- bitter touch.

A slightly hazy orange beer with a fine head. The aroma has some hops and is sweet too. The flavor starts out with hop notes, then comes the malt with some sweet caramel. A nice a pilsner.
