Small white head, clear yellow colour. Very strong and unconventionally intense, peachy vanilla aroma. Fruity taste and a mild, likewise fruity palate. Very unorthodox, and I really enjoyed it. If it can guarantee life joy ("Lebensfreude") remains doubtful, however. Grzesiek79 (4485) - Radom, POLAND - FEB 23, 2012

500 ml bottle. Pours clear light yellow witha small white head. Peach aroma. Strong sweet and sour peach taste, fading into a bitter palate. This beer is unique. Also, it’s gluten-free and has a cool name and label. Christos (5909) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - NOV 4, 2014
(Neuzeller Lebensfreude Glutenfrei) Bottle 500 ml at home, served into an english pint glass. ABV 4.8%
Pale golden yellow colour on the body, with good activity in it, small and thin white head, with average retention, leaving light lacing around the glass.
Aroma has some apple like notes, plastic, glue.
Even more apples on the flavour, somehow it managed to combine plastic and metal notes. Some glue again, band aid, but very light. Definitely not as bad as I thought by reading previous reviews, and not bad at all for a gluten free beer.
Medium thin body, high carbonation.
Quite drinkable this one. Ungstrup (38958) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 23, 2009
Bottled. A light yellow beer with no head. The aroma has light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and a bit of malt. Boring.

McTapps (6984) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - JAN 16, 2013
Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Clear dark golden in colour with low but steady head. Taste of apple cider, red apples and light grass. Very unusual but as a beer it is not that good. ganache (6089) - New Jersey, USA - DEC 2, 2011
Bottle by 27.06.12. Nose is sweet and grassy in a strange way, squished cherry and stale skittles. Super pale yellow body is almost clear, has a loud and fizzy beige head that’s gone quickly. Taste is lightly malty but green, in the post-mashy sense, sweet and lightly artificial but not cloying, fruitiness as described above with a healthy splash of (non-alcoholic) apple cider. Smooth and lightly crisp medium-light body, the general effect is to be inoffensive. Have to at least give it up to these guys, they make the kind of beer they want to make, and really stick to it, damn the torpedoes!
