Thanks erzengel of the bottle - Pours a clear dark brown with orange highlights and a big tan head. The smell is molasses, burnt brown sugar, dark bread. The taste is molasses, dark brown bread, sweet dark malt. Medium and slick with mild carbonation.

Bottle 500ml
Dark ruby color, small steady beige head. Aroma has wort, caramel, cardboard and toasted sugar. Very sweet. Medium-bodied. Very sweet flavor. Brown sugar, artifical sweetners, hints of chocolate. I am not fan of these sugar bombs.

500ml bottle, darkish brown colour, small off-white mostly diminishing fizzy head, fair lacing. Heavily malty aroma with molasses and some slight toastedness and bread, possibly a minor hint of hops but I wouldnt be sure. Taste is initially very sweet, almost annoyingly so turning into a moderately sweet finish with a hint of burnt bitterness and a slightly acidic feel. Medium body, oily mouthfeel, lively carbonation. A bit too sweet for me, reminds me a lot of kotikalja/kvass that Im usually not a huge fan of due to the sweetness.

Deep Brown with a nice ruby tint and a light beige, lacy, lasting frothy head. Smells of mash, sweet malt, caramel with brown sugar. Light prune and a aniseed. Medium thin light body. Tastes like a malt drink. Sweet with caramel, rye and slight burnt flavours. But of dark and burnt malt makes it a bit more complex than your typical malt drink. I love the sweet sugar water. So I give it a decent rating.

Bottled (from Prisma, Vaasa). Deep ambery brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is syrup, mashlike sweetness along with toffee and rather burnt sugary notes. Flavour is very sweet mashlike sweetness along with some caramel and mild ryebready and syrupy notes. Somehow this felt very sweet, but at the same time rather sweet, but still somewhat in balance.

Pours out of the bottle in a deep dark brown colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of malt and sugar. Taste of brown sugar, syrup, caramel and - malt. Very sticky-sweet kind of feeling - too sweet for me.

(Test vom 24.3.2008) --> 12,12,13,13,12,12 - 12,30
