A pale beer with a full taste. It has a unique thin aroma of hops and a beautiful golden-amber color.

Bottled (tnx tbone_). Pale golden colour, white mediumsized fluffy head, lacing. Aroma is 100% metal, poop and grain. Flavour is rather sweet malts with caramel and hops. A very bready and caramellish aftertaste. Flavour also has some weak alcoholic notes in it. Flavour is pleasant, but the aroma is totally horrible.

Golden coloured, sweetish, rather unimpressive attempt to brew standard industrial lager.

Papsoe (25055) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 15, 2005
(Can 50 cl) Pretty, fully golden beer with a rather limited head. Lots of malt in both aroma and flavours. But a Vienna?? This is simply a decent strong lager. 150705

Spritzy, grainy, western-style pale lager. Or maybe it's 'Egyptian-style', what with the sphinx on the label.

TBone (18379) - Pori, FINLAND - MAY 31, 2004
UPDATED: FEB 25, 2005 Bottled (BB 01/2005)

Dark honey color, steady small white head. Lively carbonation. Aroma is malts with toffee tones. Sharp, slightly metallic flavor with toffee and hops. Not too bad but needs maybe fullier body. (5/3/5/3/11 2.7)

Honey yellow-amber, quickly vanishing head. Lively carbonation. Mild grassy hoppy nose. Malty, sweetish, finishing buttery, a bit harsh. (4/2/4/2/8 2.0)

500ml can (St. Petersburg) - gift from Serge at work - thanks!

Pale gold, scummy head. Definitely a thin aroma. Thin palate too, carbonation low. Malt body just present enough to restrain the 5.7%, but heading towards an ESL. Hops quite papery, and a touch metallic. Malt and hops conspire to present a touch of almond nuttiness, which is probably the highlight of the taste. Finish is back to the metallic hops again. Fortunately devoid of nastiness, but I suspect that at 5.7% this drink is mostly used to get drunk without trying to appear like a 40oz malt liquor drinker.

MiP (15981) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 15, 2006
Bottle, 5.7%. Golden colour, stable white head. The flavour is boring, but with some good alcohol feel. Bad beer, but I somehow enjoy the alcohol in this.

bierkoning (13743) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - OCT 18, 2005
Golden color, frothy head. Creamy grassy vegetable-like aroma. Rather bland, grainy flavor. Creamy very light bitter aftertaste.

Bov (13284) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - NOV 10, 2004
clear bright golden colour, little foam with big bubbles which is quickly collapsing, aroma of straw with light notes of alcohol, sweet and slightly oily, medium-bodied, the finish is moderately dry and malty
