2/21/2011: NABC Beak’s Best "American Bitter & Soul Liniment"... Aroma: Lovely citrus (grapefruit and lemon) hoppiness that’s not over-done; hint of toffee malt. Appearance: Amber color with a slight chill haze; dense white to off-white crown that lasts; good lacing. Flavor: Toasted malt and toffee; dainty floral notes; mild hoppiness and bitterness - soft grapefruit and bitter orange. Palate: Body is medium; calm and smooth mouthfeel. Overall: Very nicely done.
