COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Accumulation White IPA was inspired by the white beauty that falls each winter from our Colorado sky. Flurries of Mosaic and Amarillo hops bring soft fruit and citrus flavor, followed by a layer of bitter. Piled high in IBUs, Accumulation will make your winter brighter.

Seems like a good candidate to stash away at the end of the season for a little Christmas in July. Bright citrus, florals and pepper.

This pours a hazy yellow with a bit of a head. You smell floral and citrus. The taste is grassy with lemon. It also seems to have a fairly dry finish. I think it's crisp and refreshing ... Good taste and light. One of my favorite Christmas beers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice clean tasting IPA with some spice notes. Not sure of this as a winter brew, however.

11/26/13. On tap at Barleys, downtown Asheville. Hazy orange pour with a small off-white head. Mild aroma, plenty of hops, citrus and a little dank, hints of spice. Nice mild flavor, citrus combination from the IPA aspect and the witbier aspect, mild spice. Not bad.

Bottled, 0.355l. Clear straw color with small frothy white head and lively visible carbonation. Aroma of grainy malt, heavy piney and citric hops, coriander, spices and tropical fruits. Taste starts with light sweet grainy malt, following by fresh citric acidity, spicy mouthfeel and heavy bitter finish. Full body, syrupy texture and fizzy natural carbonation. This one has got the real winter taste, but I prefer warmer frutier and thicker flavors...

Cloudy yellow with minimal head. Strong hop aroma. All I taste is hops. Fairly fizzy with a light palate. Im not usually an ipa drinker so its hard for me to judge.

It poured a hazy golden color with a white head. The aroma was of hops, grapefruit, florals and subtle pepper. The taste was light, hoppy, grapefruit along with other citrus fruits that were mingled in. The body was a little thin and the carbonation was medium. Not bad.

On tap at Old Chicago as part of a mini tour. Cloudy yellow pour kind of reminded me of a specimen you would give to your doctor. However, the rest of the experience was pure New Belgium. Crisp and clean.

Draft at SB. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a loose white head that sticks around, leaving plenty of webby lace. Big spicy nose, lots of coriander and clove and white pepper. Mild fruity counterpoint. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Nice tangy sweetness played off against white pepper and light wit spice esters on the mid palate, with a finish that gets progressively cloudier and stickier as the pint goes on. Not too bad overall.

Bottle - Pours hazy light yellow with a small head. Has a citrus aroma and taste with what seems to be a hint of lemon but thats probably the Mosaic hops coming through. Also has a grassy taste. Refreshing and somewhat dry on the finish.
