3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Decent pale. Typical of New Belgium in that there is just a little hint of spice . It finishes pretty clean and soft. The lacing is thin and has only a little head. OK, but not my favorite drink.
Has a nice white head... good lacing and retention atop a light amber brew.
Bready/light toast maltiness with lemon and light grapefruit zest in the nose....
clear pale malts with hints of pale malt carry the palate... the hoppiness comes in mid to late on the palate with slightly floral and more citric hoppiness... lingering light pithy bitterness on the finish.
Light/medium body and good carbonation... This is a nice seasonal from NB... but I really don’t like, what I think of as too much "toasty malt.. JPDIPSO (6298) - Wauwatosa, USA - MAR 14, 2016
Amber color with a smaller, but stable off-white head. Malt and herbal hops along with a hint of butter. Light sweet start. Quite bitter from the middle to the linger. Citrus, pine and agave come to mind. 11/11

Seasonal beer that rocks the spring. This is a light beer with wonderful smell and tasty palate. NaburJ (6) - - NOV 29, 2014 does not count
Hoppy with notes of citrus. Light bodied and a little unbalanced in the direction of citrus profiles alexsdad06 (11223) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - OCT 24, 2014
Bottle from 2012 notes. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have some citrus and tropical fruit notes, toasted malts, hints of resin and soapy floral notes, nothing bad per say, just a decent straight forward APA.

"it may be Mighty Arrow’s equal with some time, but so far the replacer falls juuuust short of the replacee. Very nice pale, though, just wish they did both. nice hoppy aroma and bitterness for an apa. the flavor really shines with the odd sorachi lemony-soapiness and the tropical fruit. wish there was more of that in the aroma, but it’s still pretty dang nice." arnold931 (1261) - Iowa, USA - AUG 5, 2014
Draft. Pours clear golden with nice white head. Nose is some bread with a little hops. Taste is some malt and caramel and a little hops. Dry on the backend. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 6, 2014
Pours a clear golden color with white head. Lemon zest, citrus, and floral notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a tropical fruit note. Not bad. gschrade (1107) - Collinsville, Illinois, USA - JUN 2, 2014
I had this at Global Brew. Pours gold with a white head. Taste citrus, sweet, grass. I thought this was good. I would drink this again.
