On tap at the Draught House’s 43rd Anniversary party. The beer pours a hazy brown color with a small tan head. The aroma is very sour with a lot of dark fruit notes, as well as a little bit of caramel. The beer smells about like regular La Folie. The flavor is similar to the aroma. I get a lot of cherry and strawberry notes, as well as some vanilla and oaked notes. There is also a good bit of caramel and toffee. Overall, the beer is very tart and sour and is quite puckering. The beer is very easy to drink. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. An outstanding beer overall and I am very happy I got to try it.

(Draught) cloudy murky brown, lasting tan head. Nose of cellar, moss, currants, and plum, quite tart smelling. Taste of tart berries, raspberries, currants, puckering, strawberry, delicious and complex. Tart linger, medium carbonation and body.
