COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
25 years ago we started brewing Fat Tire Belgian Style Ale. It became an iconic beer, and a symbol synonymous with craft. Now, for the first time, we’re adding a new beer to the Fat Tire family: Fat Tire Belgian White. Taking inspiration from our decades of experience brewing Belgian beers, Fat Tire Belgian White is made with Seville oranges and Indian coriander, both freshly ground less than a mile from our Fort Collins brewery. It’s a fresh, perfectly sweet, natural tasting Belgian White.

From the 12 fl. oz bottle with an expiration date of 20 May 2018. Milky looking golden-pale yellow pour with a lingering white foamy head. Opaque. The aroma has an array of enticing spices, citrus, and white bread. Medium body. The taste brings out the same spicy, citrus notes with a mild sweetness that ends with a moderate dry bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow body with a one finger fizzy white head. The nose is pretty heavy on the orange peel and coriander with a lesser note of wheat. The flavor is a little heavy on the coriander for my tastes, but that’s the case for many Witbiers in my experience. Some orange peel and light yeastiness over the wheat base. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation and a long lingering coriander finish. Meh, decent beer, but not a whole lot of unique stuff for the style. 3/7/6/3/13

Scent is citrus and herb. Taste is smooth, citrus and mild malt. Plain, but refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Aroma of mild malt and light spice. Cloudy pale straw amber color, frothy white head that stays at two fingers, lace cobwebs. Taste is light malt that is joined by mild bittering before turning bitter-sweet with the addition of coriander in a lingering finish. Different, but it works.

12 oz. bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out coriander, clove, and light banana. Flavour is along the same lines, with coriander, some clove and light citrus. Floral and spicy finish. Meh.

28th Dec 2017, 12 oz bottle into a lovely Licher Weizen glass on my daughters patio in Orange County, California. Cloudy yellow body, deep white head. The nose has an orange twist with the coriander also coming through the yeasty and wheaty aroma. The taste is a refreshing semi-bitter orange with a spice undertone and a light sweetness from somewhere. Very pleasant in the afternoon sun.

Bottle at home, all alone. Slightly hazy, golden pour. Foamy ring of head. Doughy, floral nose. The first sip has bright, zesty coriander in the fore with sweet orange oil. There's is an underlying sweetness and not much yeasty complexity. Very clean finish. Not really a Belgian Style Wit, more properly classified as an American Wheat Ale I think, but tasty none the less.
