Pours a clear copper with a large white head with a bit of sticky lacing. Huge hop aroma. Orange, peach, grapefruit, and pine. Taste is not as expected based on the aroma. Pine and malt dominate with a grassy, straw like taste. Hint of citrus, slightly spicy. Long bitter finish of hop resin and malts. Medium body, slick and somewhat creamy texture, average carbonation. Different for an IPA, stands out from the crowd. Very hoppy, but not as overwhelming as most IPAs. Hops are definitely very fresh tasting. Certainly worth the price! yngwie (17038) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 14, 2013
On tap at Yard House Houston. A dense, finger thick off-white head sits on top of a clear golden body. There’s some peach in the aroma, but it’s the citrus peel, grapefruit and pine cones that dominates. The flavor has a fine bitterness, some sweetness in the back and a good dash of pine cones and grapefruit. Full body and a pleasant carbonation level. Long finish with a tad too much sweetness, but there’s enough bitterness to deal with it. Nice. 131114 beernovice39 (3270) - Idaho, USA - NOV 12, 2013
Bottle pours a clear dark golden with a white top. Nose of flowers and grass. Taste is straw, herbs and pine. Suttree (6361) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - NOV 12, 2013
Is this really a different beer than the Lips of Faith Fresh Hop? Because it seems really similar. Lightly spicy, piney, and a little peppery. Not bad, actually. Pretty darn enjoyable. thegreenrooster (4377) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - NOV 9, 2013
Pour is a clear yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice pungent pine hop. Flavor is more of a nice fresh hoppy with an ok bitterness and a bit of mint. Decent IPA with no real malt presence but the bomber cost a whole 3 bucks so well worth your time checking this one out.

Clear copper pour. Big pillowy white head with nice retention. Big, dank, wet hop aroma. Decent sweet malt backbone. Earthy. Orange rind. Resin. A bit of pine. Chewy mouthfeel. Fun beer. sloth (2897) - Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA - NOV 6, 2013
Medium sized white head with good retention and good lacing. Clear, copper hued brew. Nose is soft, flowery with some grainy malts also. Body is lightly medium, little oily and acidic, lightly chewy. Clean, tame, piny hop flavors with a lightly sweet crystal malt backing, little toasty. ABV = nice. Dry finish with a tame bite. Bomber from statelineliquors. Well, the hop kitchen just hasn't been living up to my expectations. Although hoppy and fresh tasting, this beer is still a little bland for my liking as far as IPAs go. Cheers! JohnGalt1 (1721) - Boise, Idaho, USA - NOV 3, 2013
Picked up tonight at the COOP for $4ish... Poured into my HotD goblet .. nice long lasting off white head.. the brew is clear dark golden.
Nose is a big hoppy mash-up... hay/grassy and something spicy... pithy citrus...
Flavor is earthy NB toasty maltiness... that malt combines well with the grassy hops.. some background grapefruity bitterness helps balance the overall picture.
Good body and carbonation.. could use more bitterness from front to back.
Don’t hate on this one... Just get it sooner than later... The Fresh-Hoppiness will go away quickly. bpreo (2832) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - NOV 1, 2013
