Bomber. Clear golden orange with a foamy white head. Aromas of pine, spice and light citrus notes. Flavor is light bitter hops, spice, pine and citrus notes. Light bodied.

Bottle. This is one they can stop making it change. It doesn't come off anywhere near as what I would call fresh. Not aromatic. Clean and crisp but mildly bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazey yellow, grapefruit, lemon aroma and flavor, astringent bitter finish, pretty enjoyable beer.

On draft. Golden orange pour. Floral and earthy hops in the aroma and taste. Pretty good.

From a bottle purchased at Sam’s Quick Shop, Durham, NC. Pours light amber, with the thinnest of white head. Nice retention of lacing. Smell of hay and citrus. Effervescent mouth feel that slightly numbs the mouth and tongue. Hoppy flavor with lime on the back end. Nice beer,

On tap at new Belgium pours a clear gold with white head. Fresh hop aroma. Taste is the same with a big pine finish.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2013 On tap at the brewery. Pour is clear golden with a big white head and great lacing. Grassy, earthy hops, grapefruit, orange, biscuit, and doughy aroma. Taste is big weed, ganja, bitter fruit peel, clean malt - straw, biscuit, and dough with a medium bitter finish. Light body with high carbonation. Decent fresh hop IPA.

On tap at new belgium. Aroma is piney, and hoppy. Taste is hops, a bit soapy, not much citrus. Weird flavor profile, not sure it offsets the bitterness well

UPDATED: OCT 6, 2013 There is something really refreshing about this fresh hop IPA. The aroma is not over the top exciting, but the taste is very solid with lots of resiny, pine, grassy, dirty, faintly citrus, and juiciness. I especially like the finish that is somewhat smooth and faintly foamy in texture. A bit chewy...

On tap @ New Belgium. Clear golden pour with a white head. Burnt popcorn nose, biscuit, and some grass. Light soap, egg noodles, and earth. Tastes like burnt noodles and popcorn. Soapy hops, earth, and a strong bitterness. Biscuit sweetness.
