Bottle, shared with my in-laws. Hazy orange-tinted gold. Very doughy yeasty aroma, some brothy character like cooked noodles, lightly cheesy. Doughy, yeasty body of flavours, brightened by some orange and spice. Intriguing to me, but not a favourite. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - JUN 13, 2013
Clear golden color with white head. Nice salty, peppery, doughy, mild sulfer aromas. medium body, average carbonation. Same salty, peppery phenolic flavors as in the smell, with some bready pale malts and dry spice---good brew DenverBrew (4) - - JUN 12, 2013 does not count
Orange peel nose with tart hits and some alcohol notes and typical yeast farmhouse scent. Clean in the mouth with slight orange notes and dry finish. Alcohol warmth follows. Very slight caramel notes in nose and taste as it warms. Great linger of dry and crisp.

Bomber from Supermarket Liquors - Fort Collins. Nose is lightly barnyard, caramel, spices, and yeast. Clear gold with a medium off white head. Flavor is spicy (hint of cloves), a light bitter note, and a hint of funk. RmmHronek (170) - Greensboro, North Carolina, USA - JUN 7, 2013
I like it real good. There’s a hint of spice to it that one doesn’t quite grasp... I guess it’s from the bergamot. Medium bodied, this beer is refreshing but packs an alcoholic punch.

Appearance: Pours a clear gold.
Aroma: Aroma of earthy yeast, spice.
Taste: Light bitterness, light spice, some yeast, faint citrus.
Palate:Medium light body, lingering aftertaste. Hides alcohol fairly well.
Summary: Really enjoyable beer. Hides alcohol really well, balanced, not overly aggressive in any direction.
22 ounce bottle into a brandy snifter. Pours a bright hazy orange with a thin white head of foam. The aroma is lightly herbal with a big orange peel character. The orange peel reminds me of dreamsicle. In the taste, the orange comes through like juicy rind. Pretty nice. daafisch (46) - New York, USA - MAY 19, 2013
Pours a nice golden color with a thick white head. Head dissipates rather quickly. Slight orange scent on the nose. Not too much going on taste wise. There is a hint of orange but other than that its a basic saison flavor. Its an enjoyable beer, just nothing spectacular. AWISLguy (3053) - Wisconsin, USA - MAY 18, 2013
Bomber from Downer Wine & Spirits. Pours a very clear yellowish-orange witha foamy white head. Aroma has sweet fruits, orange peel and farmhouse yeast. Quite floral. Taste is of sweet light fruits and tangy herbs. Very light and slightly sweet. And dry. Almost no detected alcohol presence. Would be curious to have others of the style. reggiedunlop (3719) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 13, 2013
Pours a clear very pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has dusty old fruit. Flavor has light fruit and spice but tastes old and dusty. Mouthfeel is light and the finish needs to go away.
