On tap at New Belgium the last beer i would drink in Fort Collins. Clear yellow with yeast and biscuits, straw, earth, slight spicy with some honey and rock candy. finishes dry and is very crisp. I have perhaps over done it prior to shuttle to denver but worth it to get a "Helles" rate.

karat pour with a small white ring
for a head that left spotty lacing inside the glass. Aroma is sweet, candied fruit. Flavor shows cane sugar and a bit of citrus. Medium to light mouthfeel. Not bad. 3fourths (9358) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 20, 2010
sparkling clear medium yellow. small white head. fresh milled grains, a touch of honey and an aroma resembling calcium carbonate (from yeast?) in the nose. served cold it’s crisp and refreshing. easy-drinking, doesn’t demand attention. malt edges are excessively rough (reminds me of avery) but the cleanness for the most part is what makes it enjoyable.
