650 ml bottle. Pours a golden-brown with a one inch head that lasts. Taste is of fruit, hops, malt, yeast and some spice. Similar aroma. Has a decent body. The finish is pungent and sour. Gets easier to drink as you go, but the alcohol kills the ability to drink it. It would be a better brew if it was lower in ABV. Far too strange and unbalanced. Unique and unheard of flavors are good when balanced or made recognizable, but in this case the different flavors are used as a ’What was that?’ punchline. Though the brew brings flavor, it is less than harmonious. Honestly, one of three beers that I have decided not to finish. dresden (1581) - Saskatchewan, CANADA - MAY 5, 2013
I have no idea what a feijoa is, but I assume it tastes exactly like this beer. Clear ruby with a short fizzy head. Aroma is fruity and tart. Tastes quite sweet, with some tart fruit and finishes dry. Great patio beer. j12601 (11162) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - MAY 4, 2013
Bottle shared by John on Sunday morning after TAP-NY, in his hotel room. While Ed did not have on any pants. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft banana, toffee and some gentle floral aromas. Spicy and tangy. Tastes a bit like the flavor that occurs when you drink orange juice after brushing your teeth. Tart and tangy. Warming alcohol on the finish. Very interesting. waolsen (1376) - Littleton, Colorado, USA - MAY 4, 2013
bottle. pours light copper with clarity and lacing head. floral aroma. sour mouth. a lot of flower in the mouth. nice body. light spice. 9%. life is good. tylermgaddis (16) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 3, 2013
snifter. Pours a nice peachy orange (from the hibiscus?), effervescent and clear with an off white, pink-tinged head. Smells sour, apples, pineapple, belgian yeast, still smells like a tripel at its core, biscuity. Taste: sour apples, belgian yeast, biscuity and caramel, finishes slightly dry with a hint of smoke, a super faint woodsy, tobacco-ish flavor on the back of the tongue. Crisp palate, not too sticky. Overall pretty awesome. I’m not too familiar with feijoa but i’m lookin up where to get some now!

Funky peach, whole lemon, and grass nose. Clear amber, medium head. Tangy peach and lemon flavor. Lemony tartness tips the scales. Full bodied, alcohol eveident but not excessive. Yeah, the Dieu du Ciel influence is obvious. Some light maltiness peeks through in the end. beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - APR 28, 2013
Oh my God is right. This is a lovely light but complex beer. A great effervescence to it. A nice touch of flowery sweetness to it. A cranberry note is underneath this too. It all works on the base of a tripel. Ostomo517 (73) - Norton Shores, Michigan, USA - APR 23, 2013
Pour pinkish gold, nice tartness from the fruit. Solid trippel. Smooth and delicious. SudsMcDuff (8389) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - APR 22, 2013

Clear slightly dark amber pour. Some white head and lacing. Floral and fruity nose, maybe pear? Really nice mouthfeel, just heavy enough with good carbonation. Sweet with a tinge of tartness.
