Bomber poured to chalice. Aroma of chocolate and roasty malt. Mouthfeel is thin. Taste is very chocolatey and I didn’t get much coffee. More of a cocoa. The finish is warm and roasty. Any hint of coffee was picked up in the finish. Overall fairly drinkable and average for the style. TomDecapolis (4618) - Milton, Delaware, USA - JAN 12, 2013
Pours a deep black with just a hint of brownish amber and a smaller bubbly tan head. Aroma of milk chocolate and a coffee milkshake. Flavor of the same coffee milkshake. But not in an artificial way. The beer is what you would expect from the description and I like it. Dessert beers like this might not be for everyone but I dig it. Great use of coffee and chocolate in a beer. Pours a nice BLACK with a chocolate colored head. Aroma of espresso(mainly), chocolate, and burned malts(maybe faint smoke). Taste of chocolate, caramel macchiato and finishes with a nice bitter coffee/espresso. Very palatable. Not a heavy beer. Very good. dalekliz (922) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 11, 2013
Bottle. Pours a deep black with a huge bubbly tan head that lingers. Rich aroma, of coffee, sweet chocolate, roasted malts, wood, and caramel. Taste is sweet and roasty, of chocolate-covered coffee beans, roasted malt, toast, sugar, milk, almost like tiramisu. Lingering sweet dessert. Yummy. Bomber from GM Liquors. Nose is dark chocolate, light roasty coffee, and hints of cream. Black with a 1/4 inch cinnamon head. Flavor is coffee up front, chocolate, and a bit of background bitterness.

Aromas of mochacino, potting soil, and earthy hops. Dark brown-black with tan head foam of little retention. Tastes boozy, dry, and roasty, with predominant espresso and cocoa flavors, along with a good degree of hop bitterness. The palate is full bodied, with fluffy carbonation, and a long, dry, roasty finish. LtDan (1806) - Los Angeles County, California, USA - JAN 9, 2013
Appearance: pours near black with a frothy tan ring.peteinSD (1469) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 9, 2013
Aroma: Coffee,chocolate,sugar,medium roast.
Taste: Coffee, dark chocolate. Spicy hops. Long coffee finish.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with modest carbonation.
Overall: I will put this beer in the “Coffee Beers I Like” column. Not like KBS or Speedway, it’s own beer, and a respectable one at that.
Bottle. Black pour with a dark tan head that fades out to a slick quickly. Aroma is heavy chocolate and coffee with some roast. Taste is coffee up front with chocolate and roast and then a very bland, generic sweet malt finish. Clean mouthfeel. Nice smelling beer but the taste, beyond the coffee and roast, is boring. cards04 (2798) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 7, 2013
Pours black with tan head. Some coffee aromas. Massive coffee flavours. Couldn’t get much sweetness or chocolate. Like a cold cup of coffee. Good. bb (9268) - Alamo, California, USA - JAN 7, 2013
Bottle. Blackish beer with a brown head. Coffee and light milk chocolate aroma. Coffee and milk chocolate flavor. Medium-plus bodied. Milk chooclate and coffee linger with toffee.
