SF5! Medium yellow, slight head. Grassy hop and slight funk aroma, a hint of a floral note. Flavor is a match. It is reminiscent of a hoppier and less funky Orval. Good stuff. Just a bit thin onthe finish. slowrunner77 (12044) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 6, 2014
"zesty citrusy yeast in the aroma and flavor. well done enough that this could be a good summer session beer. a little musty, with a touch of brett to produce a dry finish, but still light and refreshing. enjoyable yellow pee-pee beer...yeah!! "

Sampled at Ft Wayne RB tasting - Pours hazy gold with a lasting white head and a very fruity smell. The flavor is slightly funky with tart, fruity, and earthy characteristics. It’s bubbly and finishes dry. Really good. TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - JAN 17, 2013
22oz bomber. Pours a lightly hazy yellow straw with a thick fizzy white head. Nose is medium sweet, light herbal character, apple, pear, dusty. Flavor is similar and kind of a letdown for the price. But I should have known better. thedm (6180) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 15, 2012
This bottled brew from a rating party poured a very large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a softly carbonated hazy yellow colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The aroma was floral and funky. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of funk and floral. An OK brew just nothing special.
