Draft from backlog notes. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor had fruits, pear, crackers, spicy white pepper, melon, grains, honey sweetness, some yeast, coriander, ginger, no sign of the abv, interesting enough to try again if I get the chance, but more out of curiosity than how much I liked it. Draft. Poured a clear gold color. The head was white and left some lace behind on the glass. Smelled of pale malt, hay, subdued fleshy fruit, and grassy hop. Light to medium bodied and dryish with mild bitterness. Light hay, stale cereal grain, pale malt, and grassy/earthy hop. So so. deyholla (12583) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAY 18, 2012
On tap at Owen and Engine. Pours a near clear deep orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has some light fruit with a good amount of earthy grain and bread. Flavor starts with a bit of earthy yeast and grain with a hint of light fruitiness in the finish. drdisque (899) - Illinois, USA - JAN 28, 2012
On tap at small bar division. No aroma. Pours clear and bright with no foam but leaves solid lacing. Initial bite is sweet candy and a sharp fruit. Maybe fig? Lingering somewhat spicy and musty finish. Really interesting beer.

5/15/11 notes: Pours very light, straw in color and clear. Lacing fades. Aroma leans towards candi sugar, dessert malts, bit of herbal character. Flavor shows good spice balance amidst sweet impression. Finishes increasingly sweet with subtle spicy elements. Overall, fullness of body tips balance towards cloying sweetness, but decent. kp (10880) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - DEC 25, 2011

Clear golden color/ lasting white head. Dusty bready pils, pale malt aromas with some dry spicy earhty hops. Medium body. Heavy pils, pale malt, corn flavors are lightly sweet, with some spice hoppage to balance--good after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - OCT 20, 2011
Draft at the bellevue tap house. Pours a crystal clear medium gold, kind of gives you that waves of grain color except, you know, not amber. Dense, creamy, thick white head that really sticks around, leaving loose strings of lace. Mild honey and balsa wood nose. Creamy thick body, soft carb. Very pleasant and approachable. Mid-palate is sweet but not sticky, and shows no burn whatsoever despite the abv. Honey, nuts, maybe some pencil shavings on the mid palate. Super easy to drink for 10%, but, unfortunately, that’s its most remarkable quality. DasBierChef (1081) - Hudson, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 1, 2011
Sampled this at ABR. As much as I do love the simplistic nature of the metric system, it is clear that a beer should not be based off of it. There was not a whole lot to this beer that would make me come back to it.
