Bottle (22 oz). Slightly cloudy pale orange with almost no head or lacing. Aroma is of oak, tropical fruits, cinnamon, wild yeast and some vinegar. Taste is moderately sweet with a snappy mouthfeel and moderate sourness. Sight spiciness on the otherwise clean finish. Bottle kept in the refrigerator almost a year, and still tastes fresh. Wont let it go that long again though! A very nice straight-ahead sour with nothing wrong with it. I have been enjoying all the entries in this wonderful series.

Nose: tart fruity funked lychee (lvl-6)-pungency

Attack: crisp-creamy

Mid-palate: (lvl-3-sweetness), fruity aromatic lychee, mild wheat malt, soft tart

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Lychee, cinammon and oak aromas. Dry with sweet/sour lychee and cinnamon upfront turning to marshmallow and oak in the lasting finish.

Aroma of raspberry, fruit, and spice. Flavor is lychee for sure, with nice spicy cinnamonness. A nice beer, but it falls a little flat.
