Pours a clear red pink. Low carbonate. A very mild flavor. Fruity, a light tartness. Don’t really drink fruit beer but this one is mild enough to were it doesn’t taste like juice. Sublym (75) - Arizona, USA - SEP 1, 2012
Ok, im not big on fruity lambics, I went into this thinking it was a sour. My bad, didnt like it. Lambics taste too much like a wine. I do appreciate the art of crafting a beer like this but its not for me. And I just spent 13 freaking dollars for it!!!!!!!! I gave it a 3 because as a lambic, it is ok. I just dont care for lambics much. bigaddie (75) - - OCT 27, 2012
The cherries are right up front in the odor. Pours a crimson translucent color with barely any head.
Lovely sour taste! The front is dominated by the cherries while the acidity quickly hits in the middle.
A bit of a watery, lack of depth taste after the first few sips almost wishing there was more happening.

Rose wine red color without much head, but the little bit still laces down. Lots of cherries in the aroma! Flavor is very tart and not much sweetness at all. The aftertaste is almost cranberry-like, with residual astringency. Not bad at all, but I would like a bit more complexity in the aroma and flavor. gabbledbabble (60) - Loveland, Colorado, USA - DEC 11, 2004
I love the appearance; cherry wood with a lacey covering.
smells of a cherry tree in a bottle. It’s got a little earthiness, some tannic tree bark, leaf, blossoms, fruit...
I like the effervescence that brings the aroma of cherries all over the palate. A bit of fresh cherry sourness. This really settles down to tasting like Cherry Mash-a great candy by the way. A dry, sparking finish. And then there’s the cherry pits, and the bitter almond, or apricot kernels. I really am delighted with this. I enjoyed it much better then I first remembered it.

Tasted several times at brewery. The first time, it had a heavy buttery flavor that made it taste like cherries and buttered popcorn. However, the subsequent times have been much smoother with the pleasantly assertive cherry flavor and nose. Awesome clear red color and head. I hope this continues to be made for a long time to come.
