Bottle. Pours a beautiful golden color with a fresh spring hop aroma. Taste is mostly an IPA however with a very strong aspirin finish. The company claims honey malt but I could barely taste any malt let alone honey.

Bottled as part of a sample pack. A really tasty ale that had a nice copper color and ample head. Sad there were only 4 in the sampler. Good beer! umich03jm (3512) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - APR 6, 2014
Bottle. Pours clear light orange with a medium foamy head that lingers nicely. Aromas of sweet bread, flowers, and light citrus. Taste is too sweet for an APA. Sugary honey, flowers, sweet bread, and almonds. Very dry finish. solidfunk (9407) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - APR 5, 2014
Some citrus hops and a good malt backbone. Well done package, great session pale ale. Light to medium bitter finish. Bottle. ryrpat (389) - Illinois, USA - MAR 20, 2014
An okay beer. Very fresh aroma with a hint of floral. Would like a little more flavor to go along with the dryness

Just a good but not great beer. Not up to the normal standard New Belgium has set. Blah. HIGHB4LL (837) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - MAR 10, 2014
On tap at New Belgium. Appearance: finger of white head that lasts, amber color, clear, great lacing. Aroma: toasty sweet malt, light fruit, yeasty leather. Palate: light body, average carbonation. Taste: dark malty sweetness, slightly toasty. sonnycheeba (6342) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAR 8, 2014
Bottle from sampler pack. Pours clear gold with creamy white head. Aroma is floral and citrus notes, cereal and biscuit malts, light spice, and some lemon zest. Flavor is dry malts forward, light fruit esters, light floral hops, and faint toast; dry finish. Light/medium and medium carbonation. snoworsummer (6071) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAR 8, 2014
From a bottle. Pours very clear light copper with a foamy frothy off white head and lots of lacing. Tastes malty, nutty, lightly hopped. Dry aftertaste. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like sweet malt. User134089 (1644) - - MAR 2, 2014

Poured a caramel amber clear color with 3-to-4 fingers of frothy khaki-white head. Lots of bubbles coming up. A healthy dose of layered foamy lacing along the sides of the glass. Very good retention.
Smelled citrus hops, apricot, peach, floral hops, caramel, honey wheat, lime, pine and some roasty malts.
Tasted a bit darker than the smell. Got caramel, roasted nuts, floral hops, honey wheat, lighter citrus hops, light apricot and faint pine.
Light body. Creamy-to-oily texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt, but refreshing finish.
Just a very nice pale ale. Would definitely have it again.
