Grabbed a sample of this at the brewery before heading to Odell for a much more extensive selection of brewery-only beers - I quite enjoyed this one - very dry and crisp throughout, with a crackery malt base - very mild phenols - spicy/peppery through the middle - floral notes and moderately bitter hops on the tail end - dry, crisp finish, with lingering bitterness - easy drinking and tasty. bu11zeye (13140) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - OCT 28, 2010
