Whats that bite of tartness doing in a pumpkin beer? Adding the unexpected kick of cranberry juice to brighten this traditionally spiced seasonal ale. PUMPKICK is brewed with plenty of pumpkin juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice, but its the cranberries and touch of lemongrass that send your tastebuds sailing.

Light spice, smooth malt, and then the pumpkin and citrus. Well balanced, not too strong on the additional flavors. One of the better pumpkin beers I have had.

Aroma of cranberry and spices. Flavor does not feature the cranberry much at all, however - mostly spices here with some pumpkin pie, drowning out everything else. I appreciate how they didnt make the palate too watery, but I was expecting more out of the cranberry. The flavors also dont last very long. Better than typical pumpkin fare, but not among the very best.

One of the more light and crisp pumpkin beers that Ive ever tasted. The cranberry is definitely noticed in both the aroma and on the tongue. The biggest complaint I have with this beer is the body is too late and has a biscuity taste to it that overpowers the beer.

Hazy copper color with no head. Light clove and tart fruit aroma. Malty flavor with light spice (maybe allspice). Very faint fruit after warming.

Bottle. Pours amber. Medium white head. Aroma of pumpkin and spice. Taste of pumpkin with a bit of tartness. Some lacing. This was drinkable and overall ok, but certainly not anything special. Lots of other pumpkin beers that are better.

Bottle. A lightweight pumpkin beer that is very drinkable without aggressive spice or alcohol. Slight tartness keeps it interesting.

Golden pour with an orange tinge to it. Medium off-white head. Plenty of lacing. Smells somewhat of squash and spices. Taste is the same. Sweet. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. bottle from Total Wine, Chesapeake, VA. Expected dark orange pour with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of cooked pumpkin and allspice. Nice pumpkin flavor at the front with cinnamon and nutmeg. On the back end is a faint amount of tartness from the cranberry. The pumpkin and its spices is the lasting impression. An above average pumpkin ale.

Bottle. Aroma has notes of nutmeg, citrus, pumpkin, and cinnamon. Medium orange/copper hue with an average white head that mostly diminished and left little lace. Flavor is very sweet and lightly bitter. Palate is medium bodied and oily soft. Overall a decent brew with a slightly sweet/sour note on the very end of the finish.
