SWBF 2014. Pours a clear amber with a low white head. Aromas of citrus, pine cones, resin, grapefruit and orange. Taste is citrus, pine cones, resin and grapefruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. matthewjk (1101) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 14, 2014
A very "safe," but intensely sweet IPA--at least compared to conventional standards. Considering I don’t have much faith in New Belgium, this is a nice standout. Well executed. Serving: 12oz bottle. biznizness (1128) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - OCT 12, 2014
Mix pack. Tremendous double IPA. Huge citrus aroma, great hop flavor and very bitter. Really liked this. outlawskies (480) - Ohio, USA - OCT 12, 2014

Poured from a bottle. Just an epic head that lasted a good while. Clear amber color, good lacing. Citrus aroma, floral notes too, slight bite to the taste.

From a 650ml bottle on 10/10/2014. Pours a slightly cloudy medium golden with a small head. The nose is features some light fruit and resiny hops. Take a sip and you find a decent caramel malt background, lots of sweet fruit (orange, peach, apricot), and marmalade, which is set off against a nice resiny hop bitterness. It’s nicely balanced with the sweetness just prevailing. The palate is a touch creamy and the carbonation moderate. I can’t really separate this from the Black Market Liberation imperial I downed last night - it’s very enjoyable and well made, but lacks something to make it a really memorable DIPA. aracauna (3604) - Georgia, USA - OCT 4, 2014
Citrus and tropical fruits in the aroma. Flavor is a little sweeter than ideal, but not heavy. Just a little candied. TheBear11D (365) - Michigan, USA - OCT 3, 2014
Rampant pours a golden yellow with a decently thick off-white head that lasts a while. The aroma is citrus, floral and peach. The flavor favors the peach more, but the citrus and floral is still present. Overall this is a decent beer. tderoeck (9656) - Gent, BELGIUM - OCT 1, 2014

Clear deep blond beer, big creamy irregular yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: spicy, bit dusty, sweet malts, honey, resinous, bit rubbery. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet malts, very bitter hops, resinous, some citrus, lots of grapefruit, bit sourish. Aftertaste: lots of citrus, grapefruit, resinous, exotic fruits, lychee, little sweet, malty, bit of caramel, dry ending.
bottle. Poured slight hazy with a frothy off white head. Citrus hop aroma. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel with a sticky herbal finish. Fresh hoppy flavour with some caramel malts, orange citrus notes.
