Can at Bishops Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Pours clear orange with a medium head, leaving only lacings but no foam. Aroma is strong pine and some tropical citric fruit, resin, bark. Body is medium, strong resin, decent sweetness, with an oily texture dominating a lively carbonation in the background. Lasting sweet pine needle palate. Good.

On can from Vinmonopolet in Norway, on order- had it a while in. The fridge. Hazy holden color, good foam. Medium aroma intensity; caramel at first, then hop domination, pine, some fruits and vanilla and more caramel in the finish. Medium body & complexity . High bitterness - ok balance. Enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light and clear golden color with a fluffy head of white foam. Aromas and flavors of fresh herbals, light tangy citrus, pine trees, and grass. A very clean IPA.

Bottled 655ml (from Shell in Austin 2.99$). Clear golden color, good white head and lace. Piney, citrusy aroma. Medium-bodied. Lots of piney hops in the flavor. Pale malty sweetish backbone. Long lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice hop bomb.

Pours an orange golden color. Very clear. About one finger white head. Pretty long lasting head. Okay retention, good lacing.

Aroma is sweet citrus, like orange. Maybe a little grapefruit, and pineapple. The aroma is sweet, but there’s a hoppy undertone to it, it counters the sweet aroma. There’s also pine and pine resin.

Taste is full of piney bitter, and resin hops. It has sort of a late forming bitterness, but the bitterness that lingers. It does have some sweet malt floating around. Sip to sip it changes a little between sweet and bitter.

Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied. No alcohol taste. Crisp and dry and dry and dry. It’s bitter, not as balanced as the label claims. But very nice.

Overall, this is delicious. A well made IPA, hoppy, bold and very nice. Can’t believe I kept passing it up. Don’t you do the same. I absolutely recommend this, and I’ll be looking to pick this one up again.
