3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22oz. Consumed today. Best by 7/9/10. [A] Pungent piney, earthy, citrus notes over a sweet pale, biscuity and caramel malt aroma. Smells like a Fat Tire with some dank hops. Or something. [A] Clear golden pour, with a bubbly body and white head, kind of recedes into an island atop my brew. Fuzzy lacing. [F] Flavor follows smell pretty closely. Piney, earthy, zesty citrus hops. Bitter is actually quite nice. The malt is mild here under the hops, with a pale and slightly caramel taste. [P] Thin to mild bodied. Appropriate carbonation. The hop bitter is impressive enough to appreciate. And keep my interest through a 6-pack. Not my first choice for a session, but a bomber was enjoyable, and I probably could do more. [O] If this is as "micro" as your local 2AM liquor store goes, or the only bomber you can afford when you need a hop fix, by all means, grab THIS. It satisfies, but does not exceed. I’m sure there are better things you could fit into $4-9. A solid offering either way @ 6.5 and 70 IBUs. Could stand to be a little maltier. Definitely a repeat at the right place & time. I’ll give this one some props for $2.99+.
UPDATED: SEP 28, 2017 Pretty good. Piney floral nose, taste of pine resin and herbs, mildly sweet. Puffy lacey head. Crisp finish with some faint notes of tangerine. Coarse carbonation and overall light body. j.hi (33) - - SEP 13, 2017
Looking for everyday IPA. Still looking. Not bad. Pretty good front end hops. Mellowed in the middle but didn't leave me with overall satisfaction especially ending that I was looking for. It's ok.

Can at Bishops Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Pours clear orange with a medium head, leaving only lacings but no foam. Aroma is strong pine and some tropical citric fruit, resin, bark. Body is medium, strong resin, decent sweetness, with an oily texture dominating a lively carbonation in the background. Lasting sweet pine needle palate. Good. On can from Vinmonopolet in Norway, on order- had it a while in. The fridge. Hazy holden color, good foam. Medium aroma intensity; caramel at first, then hop domination, pine, some fruits and vanilla and more caramel in the finish. Medium body & complexity . High bitterness - ok balance. Enjoyable

Light and clear golden color with a fluffy head of white foam. Aromas and flavors of fresh herbals, light tangy citrus, pine trees, and grass. A very clean IPA.

Bottled 655ml (from Shell in Austin 2.99$). Clear golden color, good white head and lace. Piney, citrusy aroma. Medium-bodied. Lots of piney hops in the flavor. Pale malty sweetish backbone. Long lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice hop bomb.
