Rolle Bolle is a wonderfully fun Belgian yard game and a delightfully easy summer ale. Brewed with monk fruit and soursop it stays true to the Belgian tradition of playing with beer and all that goes into it. Roll on.

Strange fruity smell that is yeasty, sweet, and chlorophyll rich...the color is clear and flaxen. The taste is fruit like but there's a bitter aftertaste...nearly spicy...unusual but not that interesting. Light enough to drink outdoors in Texas in July...but it might attract flies! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tart fruitiness on first aroma. Spicy first taste, but finishes earthy and woody. Slight fruit taste but very delicate. Great for summertime fun. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a crystal clear, pale golden color with a pure white head. Head formation and retention were pretty lousy. Migration of carbonation bubbles from the bottom occurred for the duration. Faint aromas of sweet floral, like honeysuckle and corn. Medium body with good balance of slickness and carbonation. Dries a little right at the finish. Light and refreshing flavors of honey and faint honeydew melon. Decent.

Bottle poured a clear yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, fruittiness and spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, spice and citrus with a crisp dry lingering spiced citrus finish.

When a beer smells like dish soap, it doesnt set the tone for a good experience... this one did, but it ended up being alright. Served too cold initially, the aroma opened up to more floral, albeit perfume/potpourri comes to mind, and light citrus as it warmed. Flavor is reminiscent of a pale ale, along with a little Belgian yeast. Lightly floral, but a little fruity goes well with the yeast. Mild intensity. Definitely a better experience after it sat on the kitchen counter for an hour or so.

Drinking this one at romp 2013 Smells of New Belgium style. Nose is of citrus, fruits, just a touch of spicy bitterness, sweet malts, peaches, and pineapple. Flavor is dry, lightly tart, citrusy and medium(ly) bitter. Good beer, good times.

12 ounce bottle into signature globe glass, bottled on 5/14/2013. Pours fairly crystal clear golden straw color with a nice 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of apricot, peach, pear, orange, lemon, floral, grass, bread, cracker, clove, herbal, lightly tart funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, malt, and fruit notes; with solid strength. Taste of pear, peach, lemon, orange, cracker, bread, floral, clove, pepper, grass, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Slight earthy tartness and spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of light fruits, citrus, floral, cracker, bread, clove, pepper, grass, herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a bit. Good balance and complexity of malt, hop, yeast, and fruit flavors; with a fair amount of robustness and no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth and fairly crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a good Belgian pale ale. Very unique with good flavor balance; and extremely smooth to sip on. A pleasantly enjoyable offering.

Tap at Gman. Pours a very clear golden yellow color with a light amount of head. Aroma is pretty light and faint. I get some citrus lemon elements but not a whole lot else. Flavor is a bit tart with some aged notes, sugar, fruit and tartness. Finishes a tiny but bitter. Interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had this one bottled, thanks Arnie! Beautiful bright yellowish pour with a foamy white head. Slightly tart, refreshing, with grassiness towards the finish. I really enjoyed this beer.

Very clear pale yellow with good, but quick fading white head, with some sudsy lacing left clinging to the glass. Smells clean with light sweet fruit and a slightly perfumy character. Flavor has more of a slight grassy bitterness that balances the sweetness quite nicely. Very so slightly reminds me of a radler. Good and refreshing and very easy drinking.
