COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rolle Bolle is a wonderfully fun Belgian yard game and a delightfully easy summer ale. Brewed with monk fruit and soursop it stays true to the Belgian tradition of playing with beer and all that goes into it. Roll on.

12 oz bottle to glass. Straw pale pour. Aroma of wheat, some fruit I can’t tell u what a mo fruit smells like and yeast. Several things in taste from wheat to funk to sweetness to slight dry bitter hop at end. Not bad but not my style

12 oz. bottle from Raley’s. It pours a very light yellow color with a small but lasting white head. The aroma is strong with mild sulfur and spice. Lager like… some hints of pineapple and bread as it warms. The flavor is clean and dry with light maltiness and spice, bread and hints of tropical fruit in the finish. Decent bitterness in the finish. I really kind of liked this one. One of my favorite new NB seasonals. Underrated.

Bottle. Pours a murky pale yellow with a thick foamy white head that lingers. Yeasty, spiced aroma, with malt, lemon zest, grass, and a hint of juicy fruits. Taste is clean and a little watery, of grass, malt, light fruit juice, and ends with a bit of a spicier bite. Lingering watery yeast. Light, but tasty.

Draft from Green Leafe Williamsburg. Pours hazy gold with white lacy head. Nose is pale malt, hops, mild florals and spiciness. Tastes of biscuity pale malt, with some honey sweetness and finishing yeasty funk.

Light and usual. A sweet body with some spice at the finish. It has kind of a weird flavor at the finish which decreases how refreshing this beer is.

Straw yellow. Aroma of Tropical fruit and dank Belgian yeast. Taste - a nice balance of tart and malt with an ample amount of buttering hops. Notes of apple, kiwi and papaya. A really nice summer ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. The aroma is quite floral and fruity with pale pils-like malt, lights spice, blueberry and light cream. It has a medium/light body that’s very crisp and has spritzy carbonation. The flavor starts fairly dry and spicy with a crackery malt presence, odd fruitiness and phenolic spice. The finish has more phenols, sulfur and heavy minerals. Okay beer.
