Rolle Bolle is a wonderfully fun Belgian yard game and a delightfully easy summer ale. Brewed with monk fruit and soursop it stays true to the Belgian tradition of playing with beer and all that goes into it. Roll on.

pours a light honey yellow with a minimal head, the taste is light hops and some earthiness and grains and ends with a light bitterness.

Aroma: Sweet and yeasty nose, with some malts and fruit
Appearance: Clear gold colored pour with a half inch head, and some drippy lace
Flavor: Sweetish flavor, hints of spice/yeast, and plenty of fruit flavor
Palate: Light-medium bodied beer, with average carbonation, and a light dry finish
Overall Impression: Basically, I found this one to be an alright Belgian inspired summer beer, but nothing special. That’s about it...

Aroma: Slightly faint but still quite good a typical brew with notes of soursop won of its signature components. Appearance: Bright gold slight green tinge stark white head. Taste: Rather savory and quite sweet likely due to monk fruit which though i have never had on its own merit is a very sweet component. This brew lacks all bitterness yet I do not miss it despite being a fan of hops. Palate: Typical, no real downside just typical. Overall: A very nice change of pace, peerless in how easy to drink and accessible it is for it’s quality but after a few you may miss the hops. Still I have to say if you have never gone past light beer and want to gab 6... hell grab a keg it is far from boring even if it is lighter.

12 oz bottle- Pours clear honey golden with a two finger bone white head that never fully reduces and nice cobwebby lace. Aroma is grains, straw, grassy and somewhat spicy. The taste is smooth and somewhat creamy, different kind of fruit, and I kind of like it, very simple beer but enjoyable. Body is medium light and carbonation is medium, creamy mouthfeel. I liked this more than I thought I would, good summer beer.

Fine to drink. Nothing special. There are some extremely faint, but unique aromas from the special ingredients, but you have to want to locate them, Overall, it’s OK, nothing wrong with it, just a lot more interesting stuff out there.

Pours a yellow BMC color with half a finger of head. Aroma is pale malt, honestly basically an American lager smell. No hops detected. Tastes somewhat fruity, but still very little body. Slight funk in the back end, but not much. Not bad, but not anything to write home about. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle into goblet. Pours light gold , slight white head, moderate lacing. Aroma is floral, citrus, lightly tart. Taste is very much the same. Very floral, sweet and grassy. Very easy drinking but overly sweet.

Very dense & fine, just yellowish head, lacey, over clear yellow-golden beer with very little carbonation. Arachide, peanuts, fatty acids (?). Bitter, rather coarse hops, and again the arachideflavour from fatty acids - or from the zuurzak and/or siraitia... But as how those might taste, I haven’t a clue... Bit spritzy, light body, slick. Monkfruit? Soursop?? I’d never even heard from them before. As ot (rolle) bollen, that’s played in our very street, but the participants eat smoutebollen and drink Jupiler - suggesting zuurzak would be met with some acid comments, I fear... Thanks to DickH for the long haul!
