Rolle Bolle is a wonderfully fun Belgian yard game and a delightfully easy summer ale. Brewed with monk fruit and soursop it stays true to the Belgian tradition of playing with beer and all that goes into it. Roll on.

Appearance: clear and a slight lighter shade of gold, has a very thick white head, head retains well and has good lacing Aroma: sour, farmhouse aroma, wheat, alcohol Taste: sour, wild yet smooth, alcohol, hints of bitterness on the finish Palate: low carbonation despite the large head, heavy mouthfeel, very light farmhouse aftertaste Overall: a subtle farmhouse, the flavors aren't as strong as some farmhouse ales, an easy drinking farmhouse ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light straw color, White head that diminishes slow, with decent lace. Pale malt, thistles, weeds, and chalk drifting in the aromas. Simple flavors, with some light sweetness, dry spice and hints of fruit. 4/13

Summer seasonal in the house. This beer runs with the best of them. Lighter type of brewsky.

Old rating. Pale gold body, nice light beer with bitter hops, fruitiness, and nice tart kick, refreshing and easy,

hotstuff (5281) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - FEB 14, 2015
Rated on 5-10-2013 (Bottle) The appearance is a small smooth white head that is mostly lasting, pale yellow transparent body, fast rising carbonation, and virtually no lacing. The aroma is funky, hops, fruity, and a bit sour. The flavor is sweet, very fruity and some hops. The mouthfeel is moderate carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. Overall, I do not care for the flavor of this beer as it is too funky and fruity tasting for my liking.

12oz bottle. Poured a golden color with an averaged sized head. Toasty, citrus, herbal and some bread.

"I have no idea what monk fruit or soursop is, but I kinda dig em. Pours a clear golden yellow w white thin head. Feel is light, as is the flavor and aroma, but the light hopping combined with the tropical fruitiness and slight tart finish works. Too simple to really stand out, but an ok summer brew. Even though you’d think to drink such a light brew colder, it really opened up nicely."

Bottle. Pours golden clear with decent head. Nose and taste is grass and citrus. Refreshing.

eRock_2013 (523) - South Carolina, USA - JUL 19, 2014
A nice golden summer ale variation, pours a pale gold with frothy bubbly head. Slightly toasty and sweet aroma, taste is likewise a grassy pale malt but also sweet fruity mix of flavors, light bodied. Finishes with a comfortable bitterness. I enjoyed this for what it was but would probably not buy again.
