(Draught) Pours an amber-brown body with a small beige head. Aroma of a clean portable outhouse (plastic and cleaning solution), caramel, and spices. Flavor of fruitiness, cinnamon, roasted malt, subtle sourness, and some herbs with a dry finish. A bit unbalanced and not quite to my liking. On tap at Stone Sourfest. Pours with a brown body and no head. Aroma of peppers, chocolate, urine and cinnamon. Taste is pepper, coffee and wine. Light bubbles. A bit of a waste of La Folie. JohnnyJ (5569) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 25, 2009
Stone sour ale fest 09. Dark brown pour. this was a really interesting beer. I liked the aroma. Chocolate, cinnamin, nutmeg, sweet malts, and fruit. The flavor did not really five with the sournes though in my opinion. Flavor is spicy like the aroma, but with oak, sourness, and vinegar. badlizard (5532) - Berkeley, California, USA - JUL 19, 2009
Dark brown with a fizzy brown head. Orange peel, cinnamon, and corriander aroma and taste with a tart chocolate finish. WeeHeavySD (3387) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 19, 2009
Tap @ Sour Fest 3 today at stone. Poured cloudy brown with a tan ring. Nose is spicey and smokey and big. Taste is tart, burnt, and strange a weird one off.

Tap @ Stone Sour Fest 2009. Pours a dark reddish amber with a small beige head. Lots of cinnamon, clove, oak and vinegar on the nose. Flavor held some coffee, spice and a bit of dry oak. Pretty solid, glad I got to try it. wetherel (1888) - Cupertino, California, USA - AUG 21, 2009
On tap at 2009 Stone Sour Fest. Smokey. Brown black color. The sourness is mild to none. Dryish. Bland. Some ethyl acetate. AgentSteve (1647) - SF Bay Area, California, USA - NOV 13, 2009
Pours much like the original LF, but the name describes it well. Tart citrus and vinous fruit in the nose and flavor, along with some pepper spiciness that I didn’t care much for. A bit odd, and not too tart like a good sour should be. danielcurtis81 (1519) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 19, 2009
Tap at 2009 Stone Sour Fest. Pours an opaque brown. Chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, Robitussin, a little fishy. This was straight up not for me. tokyogoat (1503) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 2, 2009
Stone Sour Fest 2009
Poured a foggy red brown.
Nose was of oak, pumpkin pie spices, and a hint of red wine.
Taste was very spicy, sweet with candi sugar, fall spices with a hint of heat, a tad of sourness. A very unique and quality offering.
