I had this on tap at Hangar on the Wharf, Juneau, AK.
I had this in a pint glass.
The appearance was a clear yellow color with no head (bar pour, so I’m not taken aback). There was some light stringy lacing following the beer as it goes down.
The smell didn’t really have much at all. If there was anything, there were some light floral notes.
The taste once again didn’t have much to it. It was basically just beer and it didn’t have any aftertaste nor finish.
On the palate, it sat exceptionally light and showed a very good sessionability about it.
Overall, well, I say this was just an average American Blonde Ale. I’m not sure why its labeled a Belgian Ale as it wasn’t even served in proper glassware for a Belgian Ale. Anyways, well, I honestly don’t think I’d have it again despite proper glassware or not. nike (966) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 20, 2014
12oz bottle, Light aroma. Flavors of sweet, light caramel. Hints of floral and earthy taste coming through as well. Balanced, medium body with a bitter finish.A good tasting Belgian Ale. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - MAY 18, 2014
Bottle:   Mealy beer, pale breadiness, a touch of soil.   Not a bright Belgian, very American like.   Its also a bit grainy.   Reminds me of an attempt on making Fat Tire a Belgian like ale.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Too grainy and bready, not bright or bubbley.   Not a fan... hopmelt (197) - Painesville TWP, Ohio, USA - MAY 18, 2014
Pours clear yellow, half finger frothy white head. Aroma light noble hops, pilsner malt, some fruity yeast esters, all subdued. Taste sweet pilsner malt, spicy noble hops, again slight fruity esters, well balanced but subdued. Mouthfeel thin body, medium carbonation slight spiciness, dry finish. Overall light on aroma and flavor, but nice refreshing beer, nice alternative to a light lager. fitwitchik (433) - Ohio, USA - MAY 16, 2014
Poured from a bottle into a pint glass a clear light yellow with a huge thick white pillow top head.
Aroma is lemony light hops.
Flavor is slightly tart yet quite sweet. Definitely got the Belgium malt here. Very smooth & balanced. The somewhat bitter finish would lead one to thick metallic but nope its the hops. Extremely drinkable. Balanced well. Easily would buy a 6 pack of this to sip on after a long bike ride or at a summer picnic.

Clear brilliant gold under a sticky foamy white head. Brilliant nose of blonde cereal tones, belgian tree fruit and a wee touch of sweet green onion. Full palate with a calming blonde malty body, some light pepperiness, belgian esters of dusty tree fruit and a very mild grassiness. Pretty lovely, and a lot more than I expected. cheap (6011) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 10, 2014
smells a little metallic. Has a big head on a pale yellow clear beer. Taste is a little strong for a blond but now I see its a beldgy wannah bee. Medium carbonation, could use more. Overall, not impressed, was hoping for more. Date code says 158457 06JUL1 140203082 17. Not sure what this means. 06? Couldn’t be that old, just ought it at the vintage estates bottle shop. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - MAY 10, 2014
Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a dark gold with a half finger white head. Aroma of biscuit, lemon and a hint of caramel. Taste is light bitter. Follows aroma. Full bodied with a creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Pretty good. kansascityCW (109) - kansas city, Missouri, USA - MAY 4, 2014
Crystal clear yellow color. Fluffy white head. Aroma is a little bit of clove, lemon, bready. Taste follows the aroma, some subtle bitterness. Thin, but not watery mouth feel. Simple beer but extremely drinkable and enjoyable for what it is. fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 2, 2014
Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Blond color, with compact head. Mild aroma: some Belgium here, light spices, light fruits, but also a bit of stale waters. Off-dry mouthfeel with high carbonation; pale malt flavor, with a hay accent and light late sugars; some spices, very light fruits; correct bitterness.
A pleasant and refreshing beer, with a rather true Belgian character.
