Does it get any sunnier than two people in love? Sunshine Wheat came into the world as Wedding Wheat, a beer Jeff brewed in celebration of his wedding to Kim.
A filtered wheat beer, Sunshine Wheat swirls in the mouth with ripples of coriander and orange peel tartness, settling into a sea of honey and apple tones.

UPDATED: APR 26, 2005 Having a re-rate of this...wow. I used to really like this beer. Now, it’s a dull gold, totally vapid excuse for a wheat. There is nothing going on here, and it had its ass kicked in a flight that included wheats from Sam Adams and Weinhard’s.
Very light and clean. Nice wheat aroma, with that tangy smell similar to a heffeweizen. Not the greatest beer ever, but a nice summer ale. A little to light and hollow on the mouthfeel, and not much strength or characther in flavor.
