COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Does it get any sunnier than two people in love? Sunshine Wheat came into the world as Wedding Wheat, a beer Jeff brewed in celebration of his wedding to Kim. A filtered wheat beer, Sunshine Wheat swirls in the mouth with ripples of coriander and orange peel tartness, settling into a sea of honey and apple tones.

UPDATED: APR 26, 2005 Having a re-rate of this...wow. I used to really like this beer. Now, it’s a dull gold, totally vapid excuse for a wheat. There is nothing going on here, and it had its ass kicked in a flight that included wheats from Sam Adams and Weinhard’s.

Bottle. Aromas of light citrus and wheat. Light gold color with a respectable white head. Medium bodied, with fizzy, near creamy, carbonation. Flavor is citrus and wheat malt, without much, if any bitter. The finish is dry, nearly astringent, but what could be bitter might well be citrus. Very crisp and refreshing it is.
