Can. Cloudy yellow with a white head that soon fizzes away. 3- Funky damp wheat aroma with somewhat detergentish lemon and mild spices. Watery, low carbonation. Very subdued taste with some ginger, sugary sweetness. Doesn't seem sour at all. Ginger builds a little at the end. Like a watered down and almost flat ginger beer. Not unpleasant, just underwhelming. TEJA (3294) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - NOV 26, 2017

Big white head. Opaque solid yellow color.
Big ginger and lime/citrus aroma.
The taste is fresh from citrus fruit and a touch of ginger.
It almost taste like a lemonade if it wasn't for the bitterness and lack of sweetness..
UPDATED: NOV 21, 2017 Musty lemon and ginger in the aroma, watery palate thin spiky carbonation. Flavor is watered down lemons with grass. ryrpat (393) - Illinois, USA - NOV 12, 2017
Not bad overall it not as sour as I was hoping for. Taste is more around the lemon with a hint of sour

Clear straw color with white foam. Lemon, lactic, dusty, dry hay aromas. Medium body. Bready doughy, lactic, light fruit flavors are lightly sour __refreshing
bottle. pale golden with one finger head. lightly tart with some lemonade, mild sweetness. pleasant, but rather boring. kramer (6908) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 29, 2017
Bottle. Pours a clear light gold body with a small fizzy white head. The nose is pretty heavy on the ginger and the lemon, with just the slightest note of funkiness. The flavor is rather light on the tartness, I find the name to be rather misleading. Just a light ginger and lemon rind note up front, fading to a wet cereal grain finish. Very light bodied with fine fizzy carbonation. Not much of a sour beer, this is much more like a fruit beer. This won't set any beer geeks on fire. beer_rookie (683) - Arkansas, USA - OCT 13, 2017
Pours a yellow lemonade color. No head, just a few bubbles when I finished the pour. Few large bubbles around the sides. Despite that, there's some light lacing. gnoff (11065) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 3, 2017
Aroma is bread crust. Light lemonade.
Taste is light lemonade. Light tart, not sour.
Mouthfeel is light bodied. Tastes flat. Kinda hard to drink.
Overall, this is pretty bad. I don't like it. Oh wait, there's supposed to be ginger? Sorry, not really getting it. I don't recommend it.

Lemon & Ginger.
Hazy yellow color, white head with some lacing. Lemon, ginger, sweet, spicy scent. Watery, lemon, ginger taste. Ginger aftertaste. Thin watery mouthfeel, low bitterness.
As I am the kombucha queen, this is my review to write. Purchased in a variety pack at Safeway in Sparks, NV. Poured into a glass, the appearance is cloudy and light yellow, sort of like organic lemonade. The aroma is tart and sour, but the taste is muted-- the ginger is more forward than the lemon, and the sour is subtle towards the end-- and, it tastes like watered-down "Gingerade" kombucha. Nice and refreshing. Good for your first evening in NV with boo boo and boo boo parents (and Alba), after boo boo had 3 beers before 9am in Oakland and during boo boo's day of epic cross-state flatulence.
