COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Trippel Belgian Style Ale (pronounced triple) opens with a bold blast of hops that slowly gives way to the fruity esters implied by our Belgian yeast strain. The Three Graces hand-painted on the label are Zeuss daughters Aglaia (splendor), Euphrosyne (mirth) and Thalia (good cheer). In the Belgian tradition of brewing singles, doubles and triples, Trippel is the strongest with the longest fermentation. Remarkably smooth and complex, our bottle-conditioned Trippel is spiced with a trace of coriander.

Brilliant deep golden color. Aroma of spice, earth and grain. Grain and citrus flavor like a wine. Drying and warming mouthfeel with a slightly sweet finish.

Poured from a couple of bottles from a make your own six pack, clear golden with a finger of white head with nice lacing. Got the hops then the yeast up front, a very easy drinking 8.5%, but no more hand painted label, now printed roosters.

Bought in a mixed 6-pack at Albertson in Vegas. Unfiltered with very tiny particles floating around. Light-golden colour with a white, frothy cap, good retention and fluffy thick lacing. Spicy aromas with Belgian Ale yeast, grassy hops, banana notes from wheat. The taste is pretty hoppy, so definitely an American Tripel. Some fruity malts, but mostly bitterness. Interesting hoppy Belgium Ale that is affordable.

12 ounce bottle into signature globe glass, best before 4/17/2016. New revised recipe @ 8.5%. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy deep golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big apricot, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, coriander, pepper, clove, light honey, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, coriander, pale malt, and earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big apricot, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, coriander, pepper, clove, light honey, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of yeast spiciness and earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of apricot, pear, apple, grape, light banana, coriander, pepper, clove, biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, coriander, pale malt, and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Good amount of dryness from bitterness and yeast spice. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Tripel! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, coriander, pale malt, and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

Flaska frn SB, lagrat ngot r vilket mjukat upp smakerna. Smak och doft av humle, malt, ljus torkad frukt, vita russin, koriander med toner av honung och karamell. Lagom stma, bra balans, fina aromer av koriander, rund och len. Mycket gott!

Originally rated on 4/15/08-One of my favs from N.B.B.co A nice hearty triple, golden in color, head normally disappears quickly, faint smell of bananas and malt. Tastes like it smells, but that alcohol content! nice buzz. Not the best triple out there but definetley worth trying.

Pours golden with a tight white head. Belgian fruitiness, banana on the nose. Aroma of the same. Nice sweet, fruity malt aromas that fit the style.

12 ounce bottle. Brassy gold color. Smallish creamy beige head leaves a nice clinging lace. Biscuit malt aroma has a hint of yeast and coriander. Slight fruity hops in midtaste. Smooth and eminently drinkable for a tripel. Spicy hop bitterness in finish. Not quite in the league of the Belgian abbeys, though a decent interpretation.

355ml bottle. Pours a clear, golden yellow with a medium, long lasting, white head that laces. Sweet, fruity aroma with yeast and coriander. Sweet fruity flavour with caramel malt, yeast, coriander and finishing on a dry, mild alcohol note. Medium body with a thin texture and soft carbonation.
