COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Trippel Belgian Style Ale (pronounced triple) opens with a bold blast of hops that slowly gives way to the fruity esters implied by our Belgian yeast strain. The Three Graces hand-painted on the label are Zeus’s daughters Aglaia (splendor), Euphrosyne (mirth) and Thalia (good cheer). In the Belgian tradition of brewing singles, doubles and triples, Trippel is the strongest with the longest fermentation. Remarkably smooth and complex, our bottle-conditioned Trippel is spiced with a trace of coriander.

AtronSeige (1788) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - JAN 12, 2018
Aroma: Medium spicy, pepper, floral. Medium-light banana, bread. Appearance: Brilliant, golden body. Large, white, rocky head with small to fine bubbles. Effervescent. Great retention with lacing. Small particulates. Flavour: Medium-high spicy, peppery, fruity, Medium malty sweetness that is well balanced. Medium floral, citrus. Medium-light banana, alcohol, rose. Slightly dry finish with lingering maltiness, spicy. Mouthfeel: Medium-full body. Medium-low carbonation, creamy, smooth. Light warming. Overall: Floating particles are disconcerting. The beer has low carbonation and that might add to the feeling of higher viscosity. Otherwise the beer is amazing! 355 ml bottle, poured. Thanks Esme! 26C. Belgian Tripel

Poured from bottle a clear golden color with lasting foam and excellent lacing. Scent of sweet apricot. Tastes earthy, with good banana and apricot flavor. Surprisingly smooth considering alc/vol ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear golden with a foamy white head. Belgian yeast dominates the smell. The taste is malt-driven with a tropical fruit sweetness, but the beer manages to stay crisp. Drinkable and tasty

Two 12 oz bottles at my daughter/son-in-laws place in California on 29th Dec 2017. Slight haze to the golden pour, I allowed the sediment to leave each bottle, otherwise the beer was clear until the last tip of the bottles, as I drained them. White crown on each pour. The nose was malty, spiced and yeasty. The taste similar with maltiness, spiciness and yeastiness, add some mixed fruits: Nice.

Pours up clear gold in color with a white head and nice lacing. Spicy Belgian yeast aroma. Taste is Belgian with candied fruit like apricot and some ripe berries. Some weird flavors here, like a rubber plant. A little boozy. Not horrible but there are a lot better tripples out there.

shawnmurphy (666) - Plattsburgh, New York, USA - OCT 19, 2017
12-ounce bottle pours crystal clear golden yellow with a spritz of white head and lacing; moderate visible carbonation rising in glass. Aroma: honey, caramelized white sugar, lemon, floral, orange, bubble gum, barnyard. Flavor: malt-forward (candied sugar, honey) with banana, clove, candied citrus peels, white and black pepper. Mouthfeel: medium- to full-bodied, oily, creamy, yet with a dry, clean finish. Very tasty.
