Bottle. Juicy tropical fruit aroma with notes of citrus and floral hops. Pours clear golden colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with tropical fruit and juicy citrus hop flavors. Finishes dry with floral hop bitterness and grapefruit citrus and acidity. Pretty good IPA.

The flavor which remains on the tongue is reminiscent of sushi. There are few foods better than fresh, high quality sushi. However, I do not want my beer to taste like it.

050517. Can from Greenslopes Cellars. New Belgium never fail to produce good beer and they have done it again with his one. Deep amber almost copper colour with a big hit of tropical fruit in the nose. Thick and resinous in the mouth with a strong piney aftertaste.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop was served at a cool temperature and poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a very softly carbonated body transparent yellow orange colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The weak aroma was malt hop. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a strong hoppy aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of mild citrus and hops. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

This is a standard but made for session drinking IPA, medium malt and hip balance, not too spicy, more herbal instead of floral. Constant from start to finish ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
