3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a dark reddish pink color with sweet fruit aroma. Taste is lightly sweet and tart with a crisp finish. The raspberries dominate here. Nice light hops balance. Not as dry as your typical saison. Extremely refreshing. If this is really 8%, it’s kinda dangerous as you wouldn’t guess it at all. I doubt I could drink more than one, but a perfect starter. This is what a fruit beer should taste like!
Real nice mellow fruit beer. Nothing fancy, just real simple, drinkable and flavorful. JK (6202) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - SEP 27, 2013
RBSG 2013. Thanks to Gregg for sharing this one. Raspberry and light citrus in the aroma and flavor. I do not pick up the rose hips and the hops are very light. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - SEP 23, 2013
Bottle at RBSG. From notes. Tart and sour with a little funk and loads of raspberry. I would totally but this if I ever find it again. TheHOFF43 (2052) - Robbinsdale, Minnesota, USA - AUG 22, 2013
Bottle shared by DalzAle at RBSG, thanks Greg. Pours red with a bit of tartness on the nose. Lots of raspberry juice flavor, nothing else really comes through. Wish there was more to it, but it was an easy drinker. Bacterial (3005) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - AUG 17, 2013
Bottle shared by Greg at RBSG - thanks!! Beautiful red pour and a great sour funky raspberry nose. Taste is nice, but perhaps too reminiscent of fruit juice added to a very slightly hoppy beer.

Pours bright hazy pink with a thin tight off white head. Aroma is strong raspberries like jam. Taste is watery malt raspberries and slight sour tartness. Palate is thin watery and dry. nuplastikk (6313) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 2, 2013
Tap at Clips of Faith. Bright orange-red body. Thin, oily head. Raspberry tones, some faint funky yeast notes underneath. The rose hips give it a sort of artificial feel, but it is still an enjoyable beverage. An interesting one-off, but not exactly one I’d seek out again. mcberko (18084) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 31, 2013
On tap at Apex, pours a vibrant red with a small pinkish head. Aroma of cherries, raspberries and other berries – lots of residual sugars. Flavour brings out muted unsweetened cherries and raspberries, and some weird off-notes that detract a lot. Dry and fruity, but this one is all over the place – not sure what the goal was here. Not too enjoyable. DarkMagus (542) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 18, 2012
Pours a deep candy red color. Aroma of raspberry juice and a bit if sugary sweetness. Flavors were sweet, a bit sour, with lots of candy raspberry flavor. A bit of bitterness as well. Mouthfeel was not excessively rich, but very clean and refreshing. One if those "thirst quenching" types of beers. Definitely would be a hit with the ladies. Sample at the brewery. Comes light red with a small pink head. Aroma of berries. Taste is raspberries and other fruits. Somewhat sour. Refreshing but not much more.
