Cask at Churchkey. Reportedly made with 100% Belgian abbey yeast and hopped with Cascades in the cask, rather than the 50% used in the usual tripel. Huge candied sugar, nectarine, fruity esters, spice, and touches of booze on both the aroma and flavor. Flavor starts with more citrusy hop presence, then quickly shifts to sweetness. No carbonation. Nice stuff.
