Pretty decent cider. Actually had somewhat of a tart flavor and finished smooth with apple and caramel hints. I didn’t taste the sorghum, but I don’t really know what it tastes like so maybe I just missed it.
Draft at New Day, served in a flight. Pours a clear gold with no head. Vivid in hue. Notes of apples, honey, grapes, and molasses, giving it a honey-caramel sort of vibe. Light-medium bodied, with low carbonation and a sweet, almost chewy mouthfeel. Good sweet-leaning cider, about even with the South Cider. weihenweizen (4207) - Charleston, West Virginia, USA - NOV 5, 2017
Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a glass. Clear light amber, light carbonation, and medium body. Taste is dryer apples, some caramel, and a little sorghum. drfabulous (8809) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - MAY 12, 2017

Golden color. The aroma is actually very mild, with a trace of caramel. It has a mild sweetness, nice apple cider flavor, a trace of caramelized apples, and low acidity.
500ml bottle, lovely apple and hint of smoke nose. Sweet up front apple, but then pennies.... metallic.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp green apples, with a little caramel. Flavour brings out medium-high sweet apples and quite a lot of caramel. Some slight corn notes. Easy-drinking and very pleasant. Solid. Oakes (19409) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 24, 2016
Amber. No head. Brown sugar taste, has a mellow eating apple character as well. Sweet. Overall, the caramel comes through a fair bit. Simple, but at least reasonably drinkable. jtclockwork (17634) - , New Jersey, USA - JUL 20, 2016

UPDATED: AUG 24, 2016 Draft - Apple and some alcohol notes. Clear gold. Sweet Apple and some odd bready notes. Little cooked Apple. Drjohnrock (841) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - APR 2, 2016
Poured from 16.9/500ml bottle from Crown Liquors #14 in downtown Indianapolis, tasted on March 26, 2016. Gold/amber hue, apple/alcohol aroma, sweet taste that is too sugary with not enough apple flavor. Better than the Woodchuck ciders I’ve had but still seems like it should be better, especially for the price.
