Draft at New Day, served in a flight. Pours a clear pale gold with a small head that immediately fades. Notes of apple, honey, and grapes. Light-medium bodied, with low carbonation and a sweet mouthfeel. I preferred this one to the drier Gold Rush.

Sample at New Day on 9/12/17. Pours clear blanc with a thin white head. Aroma of tart apple and white wine. Sweet apple flavor giving way to tartness before a dry white wine finish.

Drank on the 4th of july with the family downtown at the marketplace indianapolis. Did not look at the appearance. Aromas were basic light tart cider. Flavors were pretty basic of a light cider with a light tartness and semi-sweetness. Ok.

burg326 (5662) - Florida, USA - MAY 28, 2016
Poured a golden yellow color with aromas of apples, light hiney, and some core. Flavors are apple juice with carbonation, light dryness in the finish. This is some solid stuff, how I like my coders not over the top sweet, light dryness and at 7% this is fantastic. Carbonated alcoholic apple juice. Thanks Beau!
