Draft pour. Very pale yellow. Nearly looks like water. Sort of spicy and nearly tart in the aroma. A little on the sweet side. drfabulous (7952) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - MAR 22, 2014

On tap @ the meadery. Just a wee shade darker yellow than the Gold Rush, with very fine carbo. Aroma of honey, wax, and apples. Sweeter honeyed palate, fresh apple, crisp and dry finish. Excellent.

A nice cider. Great tart and sweet apple aromas. Flavors are crisp apple. Semi sweet. And it finishes dry, which I like. Good stuff. burg326 (5482) - Florida, USA - MAY 28, 2016
Poured a golden yellow color with aromas of apples, light hiney, and some core. Flavors are apple juice with carbonation, light dryness in the finish. This is some solid stuff, how I like my coders not over the top sweet, light dryness and at 7% this is fantastic. Carbonated alcoholic apple juice. Thanks Beau! charule (2268) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 17, 2014
Poured at New Day. Poured light almost clear yellow. Beter aroma then Gold Rush of not just apple. Light carb med bod. Quite sweet fruit juice apple taste. Hide alcohol well. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - JUL 6, 2013
Sampler at the New Day Bar (Indianapolis, IN). First visit. Great visit! Pours a firm chardonnay hue, gentle haziness and glow overall. A mellow frothy whitish ring atop laces small, sticks around small. Aromas are apple, a faint touch of funk. Mellow honey, bit of spicy cider feel but on the lower end. Some apple skin, gentle sweetness, earth. A kiss of honey, sweetness. Initial is fuzzy and well carbonated up front, some tart apple, quickly moving into a creamy sweet middle. Gentle honey, honeycrip apples give a touch of body and respite. Backend moves quickly back to a tart backend, dry and apple tartness, Granny Smith returns. A bit spicy, dry. Some jabs of sweetness from that mellow honey addition at times. Definitely effects the body a bit. Finish is a bit fuzzy, tart, dry and apple driven, a touch earthy. Pretty solid. The bit of sweetness gives a touch of body and bit of respite in the middle. Upping the complexity a touch. Gold Rush is still more my thing, but this is a very nice and well constructed cider.
