From a bottle shared at Todd’s. Bottle exploded with carbonation everywhere. What was left was a light wine with some sugar residue. PhillyCraft (7602) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 5, 2016
This was mine and a few others worst beer of the tasting. Poured a hazy golden with small white head. Butter chardonnay and acid fruit noticed in this 5 year old beer. Smells like feces as it warmed up. Painful bellco33 (833) - Willington, Connecticut, USA - MAR 30, 2015
Poured from bottle on Friendsgiving: Pours straw / golden with a decent head. Aroma of buttery oak, light banana, and spices. Taste is lightly tart with more of the same flavors as the aroma, but mildly sweet and a lot of wine barrel flavor. Much better than the base beer, which is already a great white. Delicious stuff. I think they lie that it is 10% because I dont get an ounce of booze in this. Aroma is heavy white wine and oak barrel with lactic tartness, light clove type spicyness. Taste is lightly sweet and moderately tart with more chardonnay and oak which drys out the finish. NEBCO kills it per usual. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - NOV 20, 2014
Thanks to Jkwood, Thanks man! wow, killed it. This is a strong tartness but still a player in al lthe otehr flavors in there. Floral, yeasty, a little barnyard, grapes, pastries, fruity. and on and on

Tasted on 7/18/14 from a capped 375mL bottle sent to me as an awesome extra in a trade. Pours cloudy, muted orange with a thick, rocky white head that slowly recedes to average, messy and rocky lace. The nose is full of funky and spicy brett with plenty of fruity Chardonnay, a touch of the malolactic butter that comes along with Chardonnay, and plenty of vanilla oak and orange blossom honey. The flavor is not quite as funky, with more spicy yeast, the same lightly oaked Chardonnnay, plenty fruity, and some orange blossom. The body is medium with average carbonation, a bit of tannin, and a long funky and spicy oaky Chardonnay finish. This beer is very good.
Bottle share from Homer321. Pours a lightly hazy orange color, lightly effervescent. Tart, sour, fruity, almost like a pineapple character aroma. Tart, bretty, light citrusy, nice and refreshing. Homer321 (5143) - Melboring, Florida, USA - NOV 22, 2013
Bottle. Pours a cloudy, hazy dark gold. Minimal head. Nose full if Brett and nice and fruity. Taste is slightly tart and not nearly as sour as expected by the nose. Very enjoyable. Not mouth puckering. Very enjoyable. egajdzis (6675) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 10, 2013
Hazy golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of Chardonnay, buttery wood, spices, wild yeast and citrus. Taste of citrus, light spices, vanilla, Brett, and a drier, Chardonnay finish.
